We ship via UPS or FedEx Ground. Delivery times are generally 3 to 7 business days from the day an order is shipped. All orders will be shipped out of our warehouse within 48 hours, unless otherwise instructed. All orders recieved on the weekend will be considered as recieved on Monday. All orders received after 2:00 PM, Eastern Standard Time, will be shipped the next business day.
Other Shipping Options
Next Day Air early morning: Delivery by 10:00 AM next business day; Next Day Air: Delivery by 3:30 PM next business day; Second Day Air: Delivery second business day; Three Day Select: Afternoon delivery 3rd business day.
- There will be an additional charge for all other shipping options.
- Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico is available for an additional cost.
- Saturday delivery for most locations is available for an additional cost.

Order Processing
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Credit cards will be charged at the time of checkout. Orders are normally shipped within 48 hours of receipt. If there is a delay in your order, we will notify you either by phone or email.
Back Orders
We reserve the right to substitute any items that we are temporarily out of stock on for each order. Most of our customers ask that we substitute any back ordered items with similar items in stock to make sure they have enough inventory to do business. After two decades in the business we have found this to be the best way to make sure you have the product you need to do business in a timely and efficient manner.
Returns
Shades of Distinction, Inc. guarantees that it will replace any merchandise failure due to defects in material and/or workmanship, free of charge for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of purchase.
- All returns must be in full dozens and in its original packaging.
- This guarantee does not apply to special orders or promotional items.
- We must be notified by email at Shipping@ShadesofDistinction.com within thirty (30) days of the ship date to initiate your return.
- A Shades of Distinction, Inc. representative must issue a Return Authorization number. A return shipment without our authorization will be refused.
- After the merchandise is received, it will be processed and a credit issued within seven (7) to ten (10) business days.
- All returns with no visible damage will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Shades of Distinction, Inc. will not be responsible for shipping/handling on any returns except in the case of defective merchandise.
